If you are looking for us, we are tucked away at Flat No 22 in Eshan Apts. Bavdhan is a growing area in Pune 21, and Shinde Nagar is where we have our base. It is a modest office, nothing too big or loud. We mostly spend our time dealing with cement orders for the various local builders around this side of town. Pune has changed so much lately, and we see new buildings going up almost every week. Our flat is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and the team discussing site deliveries. It is not a flashy corporate environment at all. We try to keep things real and just focus on the daily tasks we have to finish. The stairs in Eshan Apts are a bit narrow, so we don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine by us. Mostly it is just the few of us here managing the logistics and the heavy paperwork. We have a set routine every morning. We start by checking the stock levels and seeing which trucks are currently on the road. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things running smoothly. Bavdhan is getting much busier, which is good for the business but makes finding a parking spot a bit of a challenge. We have been here for a long time and know the local routes quite well. It is a practical setup for honest work. We don't have fancy furniture, just desks, chairs, and many files.
