We operate out of Number 10 in the Matai Chambers, which is located at 63 Erandavana. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Ravindra Mhatre Bridge. It’s a busy part of Pune, and being in a building like Matai Chambers means we are right in the middle of everything. We have been working with concrete products for a long time, and our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and meeting with people who need supplies for their construction sites. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our records and talk to our clients. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the production side of things and the people who actually need the materials delivered. It can get a bit hectic trying to make sure everything arrives where it’s supposed to go, especially with the traffic around the bridge during rush hour. Most of the people who work here have been in the industry for years, so we understand how the local building trade works. We don't really do much marketing; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been around Erandavana for a while and people know where to find us. It’s a steady business, and we take pride in just doing our jobs without making a big fuss about it. We stay focused on the logistics and the concrete products.
