Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd.

Our facility is located out at Gat No. 327, 328, and 329 in the Shivare area. It’s quite far out compared to the city offices, but we need the space for the construction machinery and equipment we deal with. Being at this post in Shivare means we have plenty of room for all the big mixers, cranes, and other heavy gear. It’s mostly an outdoor or semi-outdoor kind of environment. The sun can be quite strong out here, so we spend a lot of time in our hats or under the shade of the workshop. We spend our days checking over the machines, making sure they are in working order, and helping with the loading when they need to be sent out to a site. It’s a lot of manual work and getting your hands dirty with grease and oil. We don't really have any corporate polish to our daily lives; it's more about boots and heavy tools. The air is definitely cleaner out here than it is in the middle of Pune, which is a nice bonus of the location. We have a small group of guys who have been working here for years, so we all know how the machines work and how to handle the heavy lifting. It’s a straightforward business, and we just focus on keeping the equipment moving to the construction sites where it’s needed. It's a long day, but we get it done.
