Our kitchen is tucked away right behind the Koteshwar Petrol Pump in Kalewadi. It's located just off the main Pimpri Kalewadi Road. If you know this part of town, it’s not too hard to find us, even though we are a bit hidden from the main view. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. We aren't one of those big corporate catering firms you see advertised on billboards. It’s just us, a group of local people who know our way around a kitchen and like serving food at functions. We handle everything from small house parties to the larger events around the 411017 zip code. The space we have here isn't fancy at all. It is just a functional kitchen where we spend our mornings prepping all the meals. We spend most of our day dealing with heavy crates of vegetables, grinding spices, and keeping the big stoves running. It gets incredibly hot in there during the summer, but we've all gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make sure the food we send out is something we would be happy to eat ourselves. Sometimes things get really hectic, especially during the peak wedding season, but we just stick to our usual routine and get it done. People usually find us because they’ve seen us working at another event or they live nearby. We’ve stayed in Kalewadi because the community knows us here.
