Our place is right at Plot No. 44/5, near the Mantarwadi Chowk area in Uruli Devachi. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks. We’ve been trading here for a while now, mostly dealing with supplies that local builders and contractors need. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we’ve grown a bit over the years. You won't find any fancy showrooms here. We keep our stock piled up and ready to go. People stop by on their way through the chowk to pick up what they need for their projects. Sometimes we're just sitting drinking chai when a customer pulls up, and then it’s all hands on deck to load the vehicle. It's a straightforward way of doing business. We know most of our regular customers by name. Uruli Devachi has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We don't bother with big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth works well enough for us. If someone needs something, they know where to find us. The sun can be quite sharp out here on the plot, but we have some shade where we handle the paperwork. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just try to have the right stuff in stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. It's a simple life.
