Shanti Const. & Suppliers Co. is based at No. 881/82, Banakar Talim in Bhawani Peth. We’re right near the old Bharat Cinema, which everyone around here knows. Our place is basically a hub for construction materials and supplies. It’s a busy area with trucks coming and going quite often. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, helping out with local building projects. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have ledgers and stacks of delivery notes everywhere. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where we get the work done. Construction is a messy business, and our yard reflects that. There’s always dust from the cement or sand, and someone is usually yelling over the sound of a truck engine. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational firm. We’re just a local supplier trying to keep up with the demand in Bhawani Peth. Sometimes the rain slows things down or a supplier lets us down, but we try to be honest with our customers about it. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood and we don't charge for things they don't need. It’s a straightforward operation. We wake up early, check the stock, and start the day’s deliveries. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved, but it is what we do to keep things moving. We stay focused on the practical side of building.
