Running a business at Market Yard Tardeo Main Road 223 is never quiet. Satpal Ramkisan And Company has been a part of this street for quite some time and we have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. The traffic on Tardeo Main Road can be a real headache sometimes especially in the afternoons when the trucks are trying to move goods in and out of the market. Our space is usually filled with stacks of items and the smell of the market outside. We don’t have fancy office chairs or a front desk with a receptionist because that just isn’t how we do things here. Usually someone is sitting on a wooden stool checking the books or talking to a regular customer about a recent order. We get a lot of people stopping by just to ask for directions or to see what we have in stock that day. It’s a lot of manual work and the days can be long but that is just part of being in the market yard. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we are always too busy with the daily chores to get around to it. Sometimes we share tea with the neighbors from the next shop over when things slow down for a few minutes. It is a simple life here at number 223 and we just keep at it day after day. It is just how it goes for a local company like ours.
