Rock & Water

We are located at 1473 Sadashiv Peth, right across from S.P. College on Tilak Road. This area is always full of energy because of the college students constantly walking by. You can hear the traffic from Tilak Road all day long. Our building is one of those traditional ones you find in the Peth areas of Pune. Inside, the space is divided into a few sections for our inventory and a small area where we handle the books. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we get a new shipment in, and we have to stack things against the walls. We have a small staff, and we usually take turns going out to get tea from the stall nearby. The office doesn't have air conditioning, so we rely on the old ceiling fans to keep us cool. It's an honest place where we don't try to pretend to be something we aren't. We just deal with our products and talk to the people who come in. Sometimes the college kids wander in just to see what we do, and we don't mind that. It’s been our home for quite a while, and we like being part of the Sadashiv Peth community. There’s a lot of history in these streets, and we feel like we are just one small part of it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the business running.
