Our main office for Rdc Concrete India Pvt Ltd is up on the 7th floor of the Dil Complex. If you know the Ghodbunder area, we are right there in the Thane One Corporate IT Park, near Tatvagyan Vidyapeeth. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic, but being high up gives us a bit of a quiet space to think. We deal with concrete all day long. It sounds simple, but there is actually quite a lot to keep track of when you're supplying material for building sites across the region. We have trucks moving in and out and schedules that never seem to stop changing. Our staff stays busy coordinating between the plants and the customers who need their pours done on time. It can be stressful when the weather doesn't play along, but that is just part of the trade. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s a professional environment, but inside our doors, we keep things pretty grounded. We talk about mix designs, delivery routes, and site conditions. There isn't much room for fancy talk when you're dealing with wet cement and heavy machinery. We just try to keep the wheels turning. Everyone here knows their role, from the people handling the paperwork to the guys on the ground. We just focus on getting the concrete where it needs to go, day after day, without making a big deal out of it. It is hard work but we like it here.
