Rc Kitchen

Rc Kitchen is tucked away at number 704 in the Rasta Peth area of Pune. We are right opposite the Chand Tara Masjid, which is a very easy landmark for anyone looking for our shop. Nana Peth and Rasta Peth are both very busy parts of the city, and we have been part of this neighborhood for some time now. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Every morning starts with the same routine of getting the ingredients delivered and prepping everything for the day's orders. Pune can be quite hectic, especially in these older parts of town with the narrow streets and lots of people everywhere. We just focus on our own work inside. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. Most people find us because they live nearby or they see us when they are going to the masjid. We like the local vibe of 411011. It’s a real mix of all kinds of people. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than we expected, or a delivery is late, but we just manage it. We use simple recipes and don't try to do anything that feels too over-the-top. Our main goal is just to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren't all related. We just work together.
