We are located in Shop No. 3, 4, and 5 of the Iqra Building. The address is 2390B New Modikhana, just off MG Road. It’s right near Pune College, so there are always students walking past our windows. We handle electronics and various repair services. Having three shop units joined together gives us enough space to keep all the parts and the items people bring in to be fixed. It gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons. MG Road is close by, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people who are already out shopping. The shop isn't super modern, but we have all the tools we need to get the job done. We’ve seen all kinds of broken gadgets over the years. Some are easy fixes and others take a lot of poking around. We try to be honest with people about what can be saved and what’s probably just junk. The staff here is local and we’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. We know the college kids and the people who live in the apartments nearby. It’s a good community. We don't have a marketing department; we just rely on people telling their friends that we fixed their stuff. That’s how a small business should be, we think. Just doing the work.
