Our small shop is located on 25th Cross in Khadki, situated right across from the Jain Mandir. It is a modest space where we store all our rolls of fabric, metal poles, and various lighting equipment. We spend most of our time out at different local venues setting things up for weddings or small house functions. It involves a lot of manual labor, like carrying heavy bundles of cloth and spending hours climbing up and down ladders. We have been doing this work in the 411003 area for a long time. Most people find out about us through word of mouth after they see our work at a neighbor’s party. We do not have a big fancy catalog for people to look at. We just talk to the families and figure out what they need for their stage or the entrance gate. Sometimes we are working all through the night just to make sure a place is ready for an early morning ceremony. It gets very dusty and exhausting, but seeing the final setup once the lights are on is okay. My team consists of just a few local guys who know how to tie the knots and hang the drapes so they stay straight. We are not a big corporate firm. We just provide the basics to make a space look decent for an event. The traffic near the temple can be difficult, but we manage.
