We’re located out in Male, which is part of Mulshi. Our place is right on Paud Road, and we’re very close to the bus stop. That means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It’s a family-run thing, and we’ve been here at Soni Patil Wasti for quite some time. The area is a bit more rural than the city, which we like. We spend our days dealing with whatever needs to be done around the property. Being near the road means we get a lot of dust from the passing buses and cars, but you get used to that after a while. We don't have any big fancy office; it’s mostly just us working outside or in the shed. The weather here in Mulshi can be quite unpredictable, especially during the monsoon when the rain really pours down. We have to be careful about how we store things so they don't get ruined. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while they’re waiting for their bus. It’s a slow pace of life in some ways, but the work itself keeps us on our feet. We don't have any big goals other than just keeping the business going and taking care of the work that comes our way. It’s a simple life and we’re happy to be here. We’ve been here for years and we know the land and the people around us. We just take it as it comes every day.
