You’ll find Punca Services at Unit No. 38 on the 3rd Floor of Electronic Sadan No. 1, over in MIDC Bhosari. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and people in uniforms walking around. Our unit is a bit of a climb if the lift is being fussy, which happens sometimes. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly benches and testing equipment. We do a lot of service work on electronic components. It’s quiet work, mostly soldering and checking voltages. The lighting in here is really bright so we can see the tiny parts we're working on. We’ve been in Bhosari for a good while, and we’ve seen the industrial park grow quite a bit. There’s a canteen nearby where we usually grab lunch, which is a nice break from the lab. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the MIDC area who need their stuff fixed or maintained. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we know what we’re doing. Our team is small, just a few technicians who have been together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our coffee. It’s just a simple operation based on getting things working again. We don't make big promises, we just put in the hours and get the job done.
