Poonakar Construction Co is based on Sinhagad Road in the Thakur Village area. We are located in the Viceroy Park Pariname Mangal Karayala Apartment building. Being in this part of Pune means we are surrounded by a lot of residential development and new buildings going up all the time. Our work is mostly focused on the practical side of construction and making sure projects are moving forward. We spend a lot of time visiting different sites and checking on materials like cement, bricks, and steel. The office here is where we handle the paperwork and meet with workers, but we are rarely sitting still for long. Sinhagad Road is often jammed with traffic, so getting from one site to another can take up a big chunk of our day. My team consists of people who have been in the building trade for years. We do not use big corporate words or have a polished sales team. We just talk to people about their building needs and try to get the job done properly. Construction is a messy and loud business, but we like seeing things being built from the ground up. The 411041 area is our home base, and we know the local regulations and suppliers well.
