Ouzos

You can find Ouzos over in Koregaon Park, specifically in the Begum Multani Chawl area on Pipe Road. We’re right opposite the Yellow Chilli restaurant, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Koregaon Park is a lively part of Pune, and there’s always something happening on the streets around us. We’ve been here for a bit, just doing our thing. Our place isn’t about being the most stylish spot in the neighborhood. It’s more of a local hangout where things are kept simple. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us and a few helpers making sure the place is ready every day. The area can get pretty busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on Pipe Road, but we like the energy. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the drinks and food are ready for anyone who comes in. We don't really do much in the way of promotion or fancy ads. Most people just wander in because they were nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, or at least we try to keep it that way. We just show up, do the work, and hope people enjoy their time here. It’s not a complicated setup, but it’s ours and we’re here every day.
