You can find Om Decoraters at 380 Budhwar Peth. This part of Pune is always crowded, and our shop is tucked into the middle of all that activity. We have been working out of this location for a long time, handling all kinds of decoration work for people in the neighborhood. Budhwar Peth is a maze of narrow lanes, so getting our materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of our day moving fabrics, lights, and frames around the shop. It’s not a very big space, so things tend to get a bit cluttered when we have several jobs going on at once. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Most of the time, we are out at different sites or sitting right here on a stool talking to folks about what they need for their upcoming events. Our hands are usually busy with wire or cloth. We don't use a lot of technology, just the tools we have used for years. The neighborhood is loud and there is always someone knocking on the door asking for directions or a price. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work gets done and the stuff is loaded onto the tempo properly. It is honest work and it keeps us tired but satisfied by the end of the week when the events are finished.
