Our business is located near the Warje Malwadi Ctm Cross Road. We do a mix of things, mostly acting as suppliers and taking on small contracting jobs around Pune. It’s the kind of work where you’re always on the phone with vendors or checking on a site to see if the materials arrived. We deal with a lot of different supplies, whatever the local builders or homeowners might need for their projects. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the ledgers and meet with clients. Most of the real work happens out at the sites or on the road. Things can get pretty hectic when a delivery is late or when a customer changes their mind about what they want. We’ve been around this area long enough to know the shortcuts and which suppliers we can actually rely on. It’s not a fancy corporate life; it’s more about being on the ground and making sure the right stuff gets to the right place. We work with a small crew of laborers and drivers who know the drill. Some days are slow, just waiting for orders to come in, but other days we’re running around from dawn till dusk. It’s just how contracting goes. We focus on getting the materials delivered and the jobs finished so we can move on to the next one. We don't have a big marketing team, just our reputation here in the local community.
