Getting to our place at Unit No 207 in the Yashada Industrial Complex can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We are right there in Narhe, tucked behind Navale Hospital, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone looking. The complex is always busy with trucks and people moving things around, and Sr No. 50 is just one part of the whole maze. Inside our unit, it's mostly just the sound of work. We aren't big on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s an industrial space, so expect some oil on the floor and heavy benches. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes across the desk or the workbench. Being in Narhe means we see a lot of the same faces from the other shops nearby. We might grab tea together when things get slow. It’s not a corporate setup with meetings and powerpoint slides. We just look at the drawings or the parts and get started. Sometimes things take longer than expected, or a machine acts up, but that’s the nature of this kind of business. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and while the stairs up to the second floor can be a drag when carrying heavy stuff, we’re used to it. Just a regular group of people trying to do a decent day’s work in the middle of a busy industrial area.
