We are located in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate at 98 A/24. This is where Cosmos Construction Machineries & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. operates from. It’s right behind Kirloskar Pneumatic, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our side of the estate is always busy with trucks and heavy loaders moving in and out. It’s a loud place, full of the sounds of metal and engines. We don’t have a lot of space for a nice office, so we just use what we have. Most of the room is taken up by the machineries we handle. It’s a very hands-on environment. The staff here knows their way around an engine better than a computer. We’ve been at this address for years and seen the estate change quite a bit. It’s a tough place to work during the summer, but we’re used to it. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look professional in the corporate sense. We just want the machines to run well. If a customer has a problem, they come down and we talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing business that works for us.
