Greenaries

We are over at 565 Narayan Peth. If you know N.C. Kelkar Marg, you probably passed by us. It's a small place but we keep a lot of green things here. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with pots and soil bags. That's just how it is when you deal with plants every day. My cousin helps out on weekends. We try to keep the water running and the leaves trimmed. It’s not a fancy showroom. Just a place where things grow. People come in asking about their dying ferns or what grows best in the shade around here. We tell them what we know from just doing this for years. Narayan Peth is a busy area, so the dust can be a bit much sometimes, but the plants don't seem to mind too much if we keep them washed down. We don't have a big website or anything. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard from a neighbor. Sometimes the stock is low if the truck is late, but usually, we have enough to keep folks happy. It’s just us here, working through the seasons. Nothing too complicated about it. We just like having the green around. If you’re around the Kelkar Marg area, you can just stop by. There’s usually someone around the back if the front looks quiet. We don't do much fancy talk, just plants and what they need to stay alive. The shop floor is always a bit wet from the watering, so mind your step when you come in.
