We operate out of Pune, specifically handled through Ahmed Dhawalagi's place. It’s a straightforward setup for the concrete side of the business. Pune has grown so much lately, and there’s always a new project starting somewhere around the corner. We spend most of our time coordinating with the drivers and making sure the loads are ready. It's not the most glamorous job, dealing with cement and dust all day, but it’s what we know. The office is pretty quiet compared to the noise on the sites. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of construction schedules. Sometimes the rain messes with the timing, but that’s just how it is in Maharashtra. We've been working with local contractors for a while now. They know who to call when they need a batch delivered. It's a lot of phone calls and checking the logs. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything fancy. Word gets around when you just do the work. It’s a small team here. We help each other out when things get backed up. Every morning starts early because that's when the sites need us most. We’ve stayed in this area because it’s central for the deliveries. It’s honest work and it keeps the city building. You might see our trucks out on the road quite a bit. We just keep our heads down and stay busy and make sure everything is in its right place.
