Working out of Office No-4 in the Shwetambari Apartment on Sinhagad Road is a bit different than being in a big glass office tower. Drive Tech Solutions is a small setup where we mostly focus on solving technical problems for people. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually hear the horns honking all day from our window. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks with our computers and a few spare parts lying around. We started this because we liked fixing things and it just grew into a full-time job. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably see us middle of a project or on a call. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, trying to figure out why a piece of equipment isn't behaving like it should. We drink way too much coffee and stay late more often than we probably should. It’s not a corporate environment at all; we wear casual clothes and talk like normal people. We just want to get the job done so our clients can get back to their own work. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just enjoy the challenge of a new problem and the feeling of finally getting it sorted out after hours of looking at code or hardware components.
