You can find us over at Plot No 14 in the Bu Bhandri Industrial Estate, which is out in Sanaswadi along the Whitefield Road. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving, with trucks coming in and out of the estate all day. Our workshop is where we spend all our time. It’s a large space with high ceilings and heavy machinery everywhere. We deal with transmissions and mechanical parts, so it’s naturally quite noisy and there is always a bit of oil on the floor. Tal Shirur is where we are located, and the commute out here can be a bit of a trek depending on the weather. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out. We don’t have a big office or a reception area; if you come to see us, you’ll likely find us right there on the shop floor near the assembly line. The paperwork usually piles up on the desk in the corner, but we prefer the hands-on work anyway. Sanaswadi is growing fast with more factories popping up, but we’ve been at this spot for a bit. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we just keep at it. India Trnsmission is basically just a group of people who know how to put things together. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just try to get the jobs done and out the door.
