Kpit Cummins

We are located at H-503 in Ruturang Society, which sits right on the Pune-Satara Road. Being in a residential society like this makes the workplace feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We work under the Kpit Cummins name, but our day-to-day is pretty quiet. The 411002 area is quite busy, so having a spot in a society gives us a bit of peace. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it wouldn't win any design awards. There’s usually a pot of coffee going, and someone is always talking about the traffic on Satara Road. We don’t do big presentations for each other. If someone has an idea, they just say it. It’s simple. We handle a lot of data and tech work here. It requires focus, so we keep the distractions to a minimum. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside, and we hear them through the windows. It’s a nice reminder of the world outside of work. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. People who need to see us usually just call and we meet them. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for our commute. It’s just a honest, hardworking group of people in a regular Pune apartment-turned-office where we just focus on the tasks at hand.
