Kalpataru Patterns

Our shop is located at Plot No. 64/12 in the D-Ii Block of the Midc area in Chinchwad. Kalpataru Patterns has been part of this industrial patch in Pune for a good number of years. We mostly deal with making patterns, which is a lot of precise work that requires some patience. The workshop isn't very large, but we have enough space for the benches and the tools we need every day. You can usually hear the sound of sanding or cutting if you walk past our door. Sometimes the guys are working late to finish a specific piece for a client. We don't have a big marketing team or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just picks up the phone or talks to whoever walks in. The traffic around Chinchwad can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening, but we're used to the commute by now. We keep things pretty simple here. We use wood, metal, or whatever the job calls for. It’s a trade that takes time to learn, and most of the staff here have been doing this for a long time. The floor is usually covered in some shavings, though we try to sweep up before we go home. It’s honest work, and it keeps the lights on. We just focus on the drawings we get and try to match them as best as we can. There isn't much more to it than that.
