Visteon Automotive India Private Limited is located out in Village Maan, within the Taluka Mulshi area, specifically at Survey No. 279. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good location for a business like ours. Being in the village means we have a bit more space than we would in the middle of a crowded city. We spend our time focused on automotive parts and systems. It’s a large facility, but at its heart, it’s just a place where people come to work every day. The atmosphere is pretty focused. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches or elaborate ceremonies. We just have a lot of parts to move and a lot of schedules to meet. The weather in Mulshi can be quite nice, though the monsoons definitely make the commute interesting. We’ve been in Village Maan for some time and have become part of the local landscape. We hire people from the surrounding areas and just try to keep things running smoothly. Our building is functional and serves its purpose. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff in our day-to-day lives. We just look at the orders, work the shifts, and make sure the components are ready to go out. It’s a steady environment where everyone knows what is expected of them. We’re just a hardworking group of people in a quiet corner of the district.
