Down here in the Bhosari Industrial Estate in Pimpri, things stay pretty busy. We’re Dgp Hinoday Industries Ltd and this is where we do everything. The estate is huge, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around. There’s always the sound of machines and trucks moving in the background. It’s a gritty place, but that’s what you expect from an industrial area like Pimpri. Our team spends the day on the floor or in the small office area we’ve got. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s mostly just metal, concrete, and people getting their hands dirty. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a long time. You see the same faces at the local tea stalls during breaks. It’s a community of workers, really. We handle a lot of different industrial processes, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a deadline to meet. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we just get on with it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run Dgp Hinoday Industries Ltd from this spot in Bhosari and try to keep the production moving. It’s a lot of hard work, day in and day out, but it keeps us busy.
