Delhi Public School, Pune

Delhi Public School in Pune is found in Village Mohammadwadi, specifically within the Nyati County area. This part of Pune has grown a lot lately, so there are tons of new apartment buildings and shops popping up all around Mohammadwadi. Our school is a big part of that growth, and we have a lot of students coming in from the surrounding Nyati County estates. The campus is quite large, so there is always a lot of walking involved to get from one side to the other. In the mornings, the gates are a mess of cars and buses, which is probably the most stressful part of the day for the staff. Once everyone is inside, it settles down into a regular school routine. We have a lot of different buildings for different grades, and keeping track of everything is a full-time job for a lot of us. It’s not a fancy or polished lifestyle, just a lot of coordination and making sure the lights are on and the classrooms are ready. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just run the school. The weather in Mohammadwadi can be quite windy since we’re a bit higher up, but it’s a good place for a school. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure everything runs as it should for the families here. It is just regular work for us.
