Our office is tucked away in Rajgulab Apartment, number 582, right over in Shukrawar Peth. Most people know the spot because it’s directly opposite Deshmukh Hospital. It’s a busy little area on Hirabaug - Khadakmal Road. Constroreq.com is what we call ourselves online, but we’re officially Khinvasara Associates Construction Pvt. Ltd. on the legal documents. The office is basically a few rooms filled with blueprints, samples of building materials, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out at sites getting our boots dirty. It’s not a glamorous setup. There’s usually a pot of tea going, and someone is always complaining about the traffic on the way in. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for construction projects, making sure the right equipment and materials get where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck or a supplier running out of stock. We just deal with it as it comes. The Pune heat can be brutal in the afternoon, so we're thankful for the old ceiling fans that still work. It feels like a family here even if we aren't all related. We’ve been in Shukrawar Peth for a while now, and we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us while we work from our little corner in the apartment. It is just how we get by every day.
