Cemcon Concrete Industries Llp

Our office is on the second floor of Saikant Apartment, number 23. We’re right on Bhandarkar Road, directly across from the Vodafone showroom. It’s a pretty well-known part of Deccan Gymkhana. We’ve been operating Cemcon Concrete Industries Llp from here for a while. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something to see out the window while we work. Working in concrete is a bit different than what people think; it involves a lot of logistics and making sure the mix is right for the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking over delivery schedules. The apartment building is a nice spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up on us. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us making sure things run smoothly. We get a lot of local business because people know where we are. Being in the Deccan area means we’re close to a lot of our projects. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just focus on the industry and getting the concrete to where it's needed. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late in traffic, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the job. Most days are just about staying organized and keeping our customers updated on their orders. It’s steady work and we enjoy being in this part of Pune.
