Our facility is in Pimpri, which is a major hub for this kind of industry. Bijur Delimon has been here for a while, dealing with all the lubrication systems. It’s a big space with lots of different sections. You have the assembly area and then the place where we store all the finished parts. It’s quite organized but still feels like a real factory. There’s a constant hum from the machines. We wear our safety gear and follow the routine every day. The office part is just a few rooms with glass windows looking out onto the floor. We can see everything that’s going on from there. Pimpri is always busy with trucks and workers moving around. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch. The food is okay, nothing special. We don't have any big mission statements printed on the walls. We just focus on getting the units built and shipped out on time. The weather gets pretty humid here, so we’re always glad for the fans. We have a team of technicians who know these systems inside out. They don't talk much while they’re working. It’s more about getting the precision right. We don't do much in the way of fancy events. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a solid place with a lot of history in this area.
