Aura Emergency Systems

We are located in Ashwini Heights, over in Sadashiv Peth at number 2012. It’s a well-known building in the area. We focus on emergency systems, mostly things that people need when something goes wrong with the power or safety equipment. It’s not the most exciting work to some, but it’s what we know. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone checking a battery or testing an alarm. We’ve been here for several years now, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. We still do things the old way, mostly writing notes by hand and keeping our own records in big ledgers. It works for us. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. Sometimes customers come in looking a bit stressed because something broke, and we just try to get them sorted out without making a big deal of it. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work. We’ve got shelves floor to ceiling with spare parts and manuals that are getting a bit yellow at the edges. It feels like home to us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the systems we handle actually work when they’re needed most. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here.
