Atlantis

You can find us over at the Sacred World Mall in Wanawadi, right at the 10th Cross. It’s a nice enough spot in Pune, mostly surrounded by residential buildings and some other small shops. We’ve been running Atlantis for a while now. It’s not one of those massive restaurants you see in the bigger malls, but it works for us. Most of the people who come in are families living nearby who don't want to cook on a Saturday night. We also get a few people who are just finishing up their shopping. The mall itself is pretty quiet during the week, which gives us time to fix things up and get ready for the weekend rush. I’m usually around to make sure everything is going okay. We don't have a big marketing plan or a fancy slogan. We just open the doors and see who comes in. The kitchen staff is a small group of guys who have been cooking for a long time. We try to keep the menu simple so we can get the food out reasonably fast. It’s just a normal, local business. We deal with the usual stuff like broken equipment or late deliveries from our suppliers. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. It’s just a place to have a meal in Wanawadi. If you’re in the mall, just look for us.
