We spend most of our time at Plot No. 81 - B / 16 in the General Block of MIDC. It’s a busy industrial area and there is always some noise or movement going on outside. We work with polymers here, which means a lot of raw materials and machinery. The place isn't fancy at all. We just focus on making things and getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets a bit much, especially in the summer months, but that is just part of the job. We have been here for quite some time now and most of the people working here know each other well. It's not the kind of office where people wear suits. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get dusty or messy with the plastic materials. We have a small crew and we just try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of bags and stacks of finished parts waiting to be loaded onto trucks. The MIDC roads can be a bit bumpy sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to check an order. Most of the real work happens on the floor with the guys. It’s a plain place, but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks.
