Aditya Birla/ Birla White

This location is in Pune, right in Kothrud at B6, Raghunath Apartment. We are very close to the Shivaji Statue, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. It’s a busy area with a lot of students and families living nearby. The apartment itself is a bit older, but it serves us well as an office. We handle things for both the retail side and the Birla White side from this one spot. It can get a bit hectic because we are managing two different things at once. The rooms are filled with samples and records. You’ll usually see a lot of white dust on the floor from the cement samples we keep around. It is just the nature of the job. Most of the staff walk or take the bus because parking in Kothrud is a total nightmare. We start early to get a jump on the day before the traffic picks up. The neighbors in the building are used to us by now, even with all the people coming in and out. It’s a very local vibe here. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We keep it simple and focused on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a solid place to work, even if it’s a bit crowded with all the files and bags piled up. We have a small balcony where we hang out if the office gets too stuffy.
