Acc Limited (Cement)

You can find us on the third floor of The Deccan Mall in Pune. It’s right opposite the Deccan Gymkhana, which is a really famous landmark in this part of the city. Being in a mall is a bit different from being in a standalone factory office. We have the benefit of elevators and better parking, but it still feels like a busy workplace once you step inside. The cement business might seem out of place in a mall, but it works for us. We get a lot of light from the windows that look out over the city. Pune is a city that’s always moving, and the Deccan area is especially crowded with students and shoppers. We usually head out for lunch at one of the many small eateries around the Gymkhana. The office itself is set up with basic cubicles and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't doing any high-end retail here; it’s all about the logistics and sales of cement. Sometimes customers get a bit confused finding us since there are so many shops, but we’ve been on the third floor long enough that the regulars know the way. It’s a bit of a mix of corporate and local vibes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that, just a calendar and some maps of our delivery routes. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and the view of the traffic below is always interesting.
