We are tucked away in the Dhankawadi area of Pune, right near Bharti Vidhyapeeth. Our office is located at number 14 in the Addishakti Housing Society No-1. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so we try to be mindful of our neighbors while we run the Acc Concrete Ltd. business from here. Pune 43 is a busy part of town, and there is always some kind of construction happening nearby. Being close to the university means there is always a lot of traffic and activity around us. We mainly focus on organizing the concrete supplies for various projects throughout the city. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the trucks are loaded and the timing is right for the workers on site. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Pune for years and understand how the local building scene operates. We don't have a big, shiny showroom or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we handle the orders and keep the records straight. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the rains hit or the traffic gets particularly bad on the main roads. But we just keep at it, one load at a time. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here in Dhankawadi. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, and it’s good to know we’re helping build the foundations for what comes next in this city.
