Vkan Public School

We are located right at the Koliyanur Cross Road, just off the NH-45. If you know the C Kumbakonam Road in Pananguppam, you have probably seen the building. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when parents are dropping off their kids and the traffic is moving towards Villupuram. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing and teaching the local children. The school has classrooms that are simple and do the job. We do not have fancy rugs or anything, just solid desks and chairs where the kids sit and learn their lessons. Most of our staff live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. It feels more like a community than a big institution. There is a lot of noise during the lunch break when everyone is out in the yard, but that is how a school should be. We just try to keep things running smoothly, making sure the gates are locked on time and the lessons are finished. You will see us out there every morning, making sure the kids cross the road safely. It is a lot of work, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds down then. It is just a regular school trying to do right by the kids in this part of Villupuram.
