Vip Rasoi Tadka is located on Bhadson Road in Patiala. We are quite easy to spot since we are near Tiwana Chowk and right opposite Muthoot Finance. The pin code here is 147001. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit. It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and people going back and forth. We just focus on the cooking. It’s a simple setup inside. We don't really use all those big words to describe what we do. It’s just food. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. Patiala is a good place to be, and Bhadson Road always has something going on. Sometimes we run out of things or have a busy night where everyone arrives at once. That's just how it goes in this business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors and get to work. Most of our customers are folks who work in the nearby offices or live around the chowk. We like the regular rhythm of the day. If you see the Muthoot Finance sign, you know you’re in the right place to find us. We’re just a local spot doing our thing every day without much fuss. We put in the hours and make sure the kitchen stays in good shape for the next day. It is hard work but we enjoy it.
