Chilleezz Restaurant

Chilleezz Restaurant is located in the basement over here in Patiala. We are right across from Punjabi University and close to Deep Hospital. Being in a basement means we are a bit tucked away, but students from the university usually find us easily enough. We’ve been in this 147001 area for a bit. It’s not a fancy place with views of the street, but it works for what we do. We don't have a team of writers to make us sound corporate. It’s just us working down here every day. We start the day by checking the stock and getting the kitchen ready. The university keeps the area pretty active, so there is always someone walking by or looking for a place to sit. We don't use any of those catchy marketing phrases you hear on TV. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when classes let out, but we just manage it the best we can. We do all the work ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning up at the end of the night. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We are just a local spot for people in this part of Patiala. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to keep the restaurant running smoothly for everyone who stops in.
