Chawlas Chicken Square

Our shop is in Walia Enclave, which is part of the Urban Estate in Patiala - 147002. One of the main things about our location is that we are right opposite Punjabi University. Because of that, we see a lot of students and staff from the campus every single day. The energy around here is always high. We named it Chawlas Chicken Square because that’s what we focus on. It’s a simple place with a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy from lunch until late at night. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just cook the chicken and serve it. The students are usually in a hurry between classes, so we try to be quick. On the weekends, it changes a bit and we get more families from the Urban Estate area. It’s a nice mix of people. The staff here is used to the rush. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than we expected, but we do our best. Patiala is a place where people love their food, so we try to keep things consistent. We don’t use any fancy decor; it’s just plain walls and sturdy furniture. It’s a practical spot for a meal, and we’ve become a regular part of the neighborhood over time.
