GAL BAAT RESTRO

We are located in Sst Nagar in Patiala, right on the Rajpura road. You can’t miss us because we are right next to Goyal Motors. The name Gal Baat is just a local way of saying "conversation" or "the real deal," which is what we wanted for this place. It’s a spot where people from the neighborhood or those driving along Rajpura road can stop in. Patiala has a lot of food options, so we just try to keep things simple and honest. The inside isn't overly decorated; it’s just comfortable enough to sit for an hour and have a meal. We have a few guys in the kitchen who stay busy making sure the orders go out reasonably fast. Sometimes the road outside gets really noisy with all the trucks and cars, but we’ve got the doors to keep most of that out. We do a lot of cleaning because being near a main road means dust gets in everywhere. It’s a regular routine of opening up, checking the fridge, and getting the day's specials ready on the board. We see a lot of college students and workers from the nearby shops. There’s no corporate manual here; we just talk to our customers like neighbors and make sure the food is hot. It’s just a local restro trying to do things right in Sst Nagar. We keep the lights on late for the dinner crowd.
