Roxy vaishno dhabha

Our dhabha is tucked away behind the Patiala bus stand. It’s a very busy area with buses coming in and out at all hours. We are near the corner hotel, which is a good way to find us if you’re lost. Roxy Vaishno Dhabha is a simple place, just benches and tables and good vegetarian food. We don't serve meat here, keeping it strictly vaishno. Most of our customers are travelers who just got off a bus and want a quick, cheap meal. We also get a lot of local drivers and workers who know we serve fresh food. The address is 147001, right in the heart of the transit area. It’s not the quietest place to eat, with all the horns and people shouting outside, but the food is honest and it’s served hot. We’ve been here for many years, and not much has changed about the way we do things. We still cook the same way we always have, using big pots and fresh vegetables. It’s a small team of us, and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning the floors to serving the tea. We don’t have a fancy website or any social media pages.
