About Punjabi Chulha AC Vaishno Dhaba – Tourism in Patiala
If you’re driving down NH-1 near Shambhu, you can’t really miss the Reliance Petrol Pump. We are right opposite that, in the Bathonia Rajpura area. The road is always humming with the sound of big trucks and cars heading towards Patiala or coming from the other side. We called the place Punjabi Chulha AC Vaishno Dhaba because, honestly, the heat on the highway in the summer is no joke, and people really appreciate the air conditioning when they stop for a break. It’s a big, open stretch of road out here. We get a lot of travelers who are tired from driving and just want to sit down for a bit without all the dust. The kitchen is always busy because the highway never really sleeps. We see the sunrise and the late-night traffic every single day. Being out here in Shambhu means we have plenty of space, unlike the cramped shops in the city. We keep things plain and simple, focusing on the stove and the seating area. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where we all pitch in to keep the place running through the shifts. There’s no big corporate management here, just us and the staff making sure the place is open for the next car that pulls in. It gets a bit lonely on the road sometimes, but the constant stream of new faces keeps things interesting for us while we work.
