NEW PAL DHABA

Out here in Baltana, specifically at SCO 16 and 17 in Shivalik Vihar, we run the dhaba. We are right on Tribune Colony Road. Since we are in Zirakpur, we end up serving a lot of people from Chandigarh too because it’s not that far of a drive. The dhaba stays active throughout the day. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the usual chairs and tables and the kitchen doesn't really stop once we open up. Most of the people coming in are locals from the colony or drivers who know this route well. It’s not the kind of place where you expect anything polished. We just focus on getting the food out to the tables. The road outside can get a bit dusty and loud, but inside it’s just about the meal. We’ve been here in Zirakpur for some time and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. We keep things going every day. People stop by for a quick bite or sometimes stay longer if they’re with friends. It’s just a regular dhaba life for us. We handle the morning prep and the late-night orders without much fuss. If you’re around Shivalik Vihar, you’ve probably seen our sign near the shops. There isn't much to say other than we’re here working and serving whoever walks through the door. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. We just keep our heads down and cook.
