NAANU

Our shop, NAANU, is located in the Mahadev Complex, specifically at Shop No- 2 in Dhakoli, Zirakpur. We are right across from Budget Bazaar, which is where most people do their shopping around here. Because we are in Zirakpur, we end up serving people from Chandigarh too, since it is so close by. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Every morning involves opening up the shutters and setting things up for the day. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps us busy. Being in the 140603 area means we see a lot of the same people every week. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules; we just run the shop in a way that makes sense to us. Sometimes things are a bit disorganized, but we always find what we need. The Mahadev Complex can be a busy place, and we enjoy being part of the noise and the movement. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a small business where we work hard and try to stay helpful to the people who walk through the door. Whether they are coming from just down the street in Dhakoli or driving over from Chandigarh, we just treat them like neighbors. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we've been at it for some time now. We just keep the lights on and the doors open.
