We go by the name Moti Mahal Deluxe Tandoori Train and we are set up at Plot Number-108 on the second floor in Urban Estate Phase II. If you know the Patiala area, we are quite close to the Domino’s there in Phase II. Being on the second floor means we have to make sure people see our sign from the street. The address is 147002. It’s a decent spot in a residential and commercial mix. We spend our mornings getting the tandoor heated up and making sure the kitchen staff is ready for the lunch rush. It’s not a massive place, but we have enough room for people to sit comfortably. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but most people don't mind the walk up to the second floor. We just focus on the day-to-day things like making sure we have enough fresh ingredients and that the floors are mopped. Working in Urban Estate is nice because it is a bit more organized than the older parts of the city. We don't really have a big story to tell about why we are here. It was just a good spot to open a restaurant. We are just regular people trying to run a business and keep things steady. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or at the front desk handling orders. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time just checking our inventory lists.
