Maney Sweet & Bakers

Our shop is on Munak Road in Patran, right near the Bhagat Singh Chowk. If you live in Patiala, you might have passed by us at some point. We are Maney Sweet & Bakers. We mostly spend our time making different kinds of sweets and baking bread or biscuits. The oven is usually on for most of the day. Being near the chowk means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We have glass counters where we put out the fresh batches of sweets every morning. It's not a corporate bakery chain. It's just a local business where we do the work ourselves. Sometimes the shop feels a bit crowded when the evening rush starts and everyone wants something sweet to take home. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are. We have been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the floor gets a lot of wear and tear, but the kitchen is where we put our effort. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants a box of sweets for a festival or just a loaf of bread, they know they can come to Munak Road and find us. We don't do much else besides that, to be honest. It's a living.
