Lahori Dhaba

Lahori Dhaba has been at 51, Urban Estate in Patiala for some time. We are specifically located in Jaihindpuram, which is a busy little part of the city. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It's just a regular dhaba where we cook the food we know how to make. People around here in Patiala know where we are, right in the heart of the estate. The space is practical, with tables and chairs that have seen plenty of use. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lighting because that’s not really what we’re about. It’s mostly about the kitchen and making sure the stove is going. We get a mix of people coming in, from families living nearby to workers looking for a quick meal. The atmosphere is loud sometimes, and the kitchen gets hot, but it’s a living. We’ve been at this address, 147002, for a while now and the neighborhood has changed a bit, but we stay the same. It's a straightforward place to eat without any fuss. You just come in, sit down, and eat. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just show up at the Urban Estate shop every morning and start the day's prep. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but customers still find their way to us. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It's just us doing our thing in Patiala.
